Shipping & Return Policy

At Spicy Vines, we stand by the quality of our wines. If you receive a bottle that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise unsatisfactory, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.

Due to legal restrictions, we can only accept returns for wines that are corked or flawed. We are unable to accept returns for wines that were ordered in error. If you believe your wine is faulty, please retain the unfinished portion of the bottle and contact us at info@spicyvines.com to arrange for a return.

Once we receive the returned bottle, we will either send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund to your original payment method for the cost of the wine, excluding shipping and handling fees. For return instructions, please contact us at (707) 927-1065 ext. 1.
