Winemaker Notes

This mountain Sauvignon Blanc comes from Pine Mountain Vineyards located at 2,200 foot elevation in the very small and mountain AVA of Pine Mountain/Cloverdale Peak at the very northern end of the Alexander Valley of Sonoma County. This high elevation Sauvignon Blanc means a much later than normal ripening. This wine was harvest in later September giving the grapes a very slow repining and intense flavors.
