The New Mix: Spicy Sangria

6th Sep 2016 @ 17:52 by 324327

On tap every day in our tasting room, you’ll find two batches of Sangria—one red and the other white. The white Sangria contains our Fleur de Spice, Spiced White Wine and the red contains our Original Blend, Spiced Red Wine.

The recipes vary daily since the person who opens the tasting room gets to choose that day’s offering. Always on ice, in this hot weather, a nice cool Sangria is the perfect tonic. Come on in and try one!

Unlike the Sangrias you typically get today, the original versions had spices in them. So when you incorporate our spiced wine into your recipe, you’re actually sipping something closer to the delicious original.

And there’s an added bonus. Once you’ve mixed up a batch of Sangria like the one below, it lasts about a week and a half because the added brandy and spices act as natural preservatives.

So whether you pay us a visit (and we hope you do) or decide to stay home and make your own batch of Sangria, we say Salut! Enjoy!
