The 2016 Rosé of Syrah is a dry rosé made in the very south of France style, Bondalish style if you will. An aromatic Rosé with wonderful flavors of bubblegum, raspberry, kiwi, strawberry and rhubarb with soft hints of rose pedals.

Winemaker Notes

Saignee after 12 hours cold soaking. Ten week cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. then aged for 6 months in neutral French oak barrels. This Rose comes from Winddance Vineyards that sits at 2,800 feet elevation is the Sierra Foothills in Amador County.
